Well I geek a bit here and there.. and am into a lot of things professionally right now.. most interested in two kinds of media.. film and web.. okay maybe photography too.. all three together is the ideal.. and for what.. well am trying finish a degree in advertising, but am more interested in Integrated Marketing.. and Design of course..

What I'm really doing is.. making a few movies.. take a lot of pictures.. write Sci Fi.. at least theorize on it.. blogging.. designing sometimes..

writing a few poems now and then.. less and less lately.. smell out stories.. finish college.. fall in love.. or stop myself from falling in love.. hehe.. finally.. trying to get out of this city..

writing poetry.. yes.. I have realized.. after much misconception and other stuff.. that I am best at doing the rather useless.. Poetry.. comes very naturally.. even after I have worked hard to lose it..

Anyways, I like poetry a lot.. Jack Gilbert, Richard Siken and Leonard Cohen and any good story well told.. espy Sci Fi and Fantasy . I love reading Blogs and Journals.. and I like reading user manuals for gadgets and Maps and Etymological Dictionaries and film scripts.. I find history books very exiting.. I also love religious texts.. any faith...

currently reading - Medieval Erotic poetry and My name is Red.

Films, ahh.. Has to be the two minute short I made.. and an 11 minute long, freeform narrative (music) video with dialogs and improvised original music... its quite random and obviously.. very experimental.. I'm not sure if it worked but I love it..

I like random documentaries and most films with a good intent.. classics for me : Tarkovsky,Kurosawa.. I watch almost everything that releases..

Music.. I like good lyrics... I love any kind of Jazz.. Indian classical flute.. Classical Ghazals - Nayara Noor, Abida Parveen and so on.. Some nice new Indie Rock also..

I'm an experimental foodie.. will try anything once... or more.. likes - mushrooms, chocolate, seafood, pan-asian foods, Sushi, anything sweet and baked, strawberries... can't list all... appams also.. grilled fish - all kind...

1) My cats - love me, love my cats. and others cats, and cats who don't belong to anyone. do cats ever belong to anyone ?
2) My Best Male friend - he's not gay - you have to deal with him if you ever plan to date me. he's essential, well just under the two cats.
3) Wanderlust - I cannot, will not, ever 'settle' down...
