At night, try asking yourself a question about a difficult issue that you're dealing with and allow your subconscious mind to answer it through your dreams. Have a pen and paper by your bed so that you can easily record your dream when you wake. When you wake up, try doing it slowly, as in leave your eyes closed for a while, as sometimes tihs reminds you of your dream, which could be lost once you let the material world distract you.
