Tennis

Interesting - you scored in the middle of all three categories.  What sport is the perfect middle road for everyone?  Tennis, of course.  Firstly, while you enjoy playing alone, you still rely somewhat on other people.  Whether it’s playing in smaller groups than a full team, or having a base of trainers and helpers to assist you, you like to know someone’s got your back.  Individual achievement is more important to you, but not fully-encompassing.  This is terrific for tennis, as you can pursue a singles career, but can always fall back on playing doubles (or even triples if you are feeling particularly esoteric).  You won't ever feel like you are totally alone, yet you aren't backed by a whole team of people who could let you down.  It's the perfect balance.

Similarly, while you may not be in the best shape of your life, you have been keeping yourself from ballooning up and have kept in relative shape.  Your diet may not be stellar, but you’re still better off than a good portion of your peers.  There's no doubt you need some agility and endurance to play tennis, especially when you are playing in 90 degree heat above a clay court. However, when compared the gruel of running back and forth a field the size of Rhode Island for 90 minutes like they do in soccer, you can get by with moderate fitness.  Extra fitness never hurts, either, so there's room to improve.

Of course, you like to win; everyone does.  However, it is not your primary motivating factor.  You enjoy a good hearty competition like anyone, but you also won’t immediately quit if you find there are no stakes involved.  As long as you’re having a good time, you’re happy.  What John McEnroe failed to display was that tennis is the perfect happy game - it can be riveting competition, or it can be a friendly game to keep fit with a good friend of yours.  Of course winning Wimbledon is nice, but offhand how many people can you name that you KNOW won Wimbledon?  And can you name any more tennis tournaments than that?  Winning is nice, but it isn't everything.

If racket games aren't your thing, you could also try Paintball or Fencing, two games that are potentially more dangerous and significantly more expensive.  Either would also work.
