Well, well... it looks like you did alright on the test! I'm going to assume that it's because you're not totally crazy about using the various bastardisations of the English language that are prevalent in SMS and online, and you only choose to use them when they're necessary (or very funny).
If you do use chat programs, there's a high chance you know how to adapt your language to the situation, cutting corners and abbreviating a bit with the people you know will understand it. But if you're dealing with people who prefer their words to be a bit more full-figured, you most likely tone it down.
