Please, always take care good care of your companion animal.  He or she loves you very much, you know it is true.  Consider doing that little extra something for his or her pleasure.  Take the time to play each day.  Keep your pet alive for as long as possible, by limiting exposure to danger and providing proper nutrition and exercise.

Finally, please at least consider doing some kind of volunteer work to help companion animals in your area, not to mention the wild animals.
