This is the way most people travel. It's normal. It's normal to have emotional baggage. Everybody has some. This test was designed to put it into literal terms.
Emotional baggage is connected to these five areas: 1) your level of self respect; 2) your self image; 3) your belief system; 4) your ability to deal with pain; and 5) whether you're in 'victim mode' or not.
The only way to lighten your emotional baggage is to deal with the underlying cause. Talk it out, write it out, or cry it out.
You have most likely lead a normal life with normal experiences. I have yet to meet a person without any sort of issues or emotional conflict.
I wish you the best of luck. Remember, if you ever get tired of lugging around that extra suitcase, you can always toss it. You will discover, once you rid yourself of the extra weight, life will become much more enjoyable.
