What could you do:
Try sleeping well and eat right. Also exercise at least 30 minutes a day. If you feel good physicly it is easier to feel good mentally as well (scientifficly proven)
Also try to get out of financial trouble, get good shelter, pick up a hobby and your esteem will follow aswell most likely.
