What could you do:
Try sleeping well and eat right. Also exercise at least 30 minutes a day. If you feel good physicly it is easier to feel good mentally as well (scientifficly proven)
Also pick up a hobby and surround yourself with people who you love and who love you back. (Self) esteem will follow soon there after.
