You might want to think about what kind of food you are feeding your body. Or perhaps, you are aware of what you're eating but don't really care. Either way, you are putting yourself at risk for some very preventable diseases such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, etc. that can be avoided by making better choices.
