The Master

The Doctor is not always a terribly charming fellow, but even at his worst he is not as blatantly cruel as the Master.

The Master is not satisfied with his regenerations, despite the fact he will naturally live for thousands of years- instead he is obsessed with the idea of attaining immortality. He is so completely certain of himself that his other goals have been world domination and becoming his own species. Additionally, he is not the sort to live out a lifetime naturally, and he will gladly use regenerations to get an edge on those around him. He is a liar, a cheat, a swindler, a bully, a monster, and generally not a very nice guy.

So how's this relate to you? Let me put it THIS way: this is the worst possible "score", meaning you got within the lowest 9% bracket on at least one if not several variables.
