The Crook
The Crook is the most common super-villain, and perhaps the most human. All you want is to be rich. Is that really so bad?
Your main goal is wealth, and you are willing to cross the line to get it. If that means putting on a costume and gaining superpowers, so be it. Crooks, at least the competent ones, are cunning. They hold no false illusions of power or grandeur, it's all about the Benjamins. Thus, Crooks are willing to adapt, to make compromises. Survival first, riches second, pride last.
The weakness of the Crook is his greed. Crooks want money, so they are predictable. They don't want to die for their money, so they are easy to psych out. And lastly, most Crooks, initially, have a fear of killing. Though some Crooks start to get a taste for it...
