Defective Human Recall Examination

Not everyone was created equally. In fact, quality control is a major issue! Some people are just defective and should be recalled, with full reimbersment of time and money given to their parents. Of course, in practice their parents are never reimbursed. Instead, we like to blame the victim and tell them that it's their fault their offspring is a quality control statistic.
