  • Hi! And welcome to the "Which Neal Stephenson Character are You?" Test. I'll be using your personality to see how you would end up if ported into the fictional universe of Neal Stephenson. Having read The Baroque Cycle, I'm inclined to analyze personality in terms of metals. Gold means you're Appollonian, Iron means you're like either Ares or Artemis, Lead means you're Saturnine, and Mercury means you're...well...Mercurial. These themes are closer to the surface in his later work, I've included some characters from some earlier novels as well.
