The Dynamic Balance Test

Hi! And welcome to my Dynamic Balance Test. What is Dynamic Balance? In oriental theory dynamic balance is the balance between yin & yang. An even balance of yin and yang is a healthy balance. Most people do not have a completely even (50/50) split, but having too much of an imbalance can be unhealthy.

This test is designed to estimate your personal dynamic balance and to give you some ideas of how to incorporate more yin or yang into your lifestyle if you so choose.

There are 25 questions, if you can't find a correct answer then skip the question - BUT - the more questions you answer the more accurate this test will be.
