This test will be tracking three different variables in order to find a type of exercise that is suited to your temperament and personality.  It can be tough to get the motivation to work out, but it's even worse when you're doing something that's completely not right for you.  This test is here to help you avoid that problem... and to help you get your body on the fast track to fitness!
