• We forget that we the OKC users MOBILIZE these tests for our purposes, our purposes being in accordance with the Freudian pleasure principle--these tests do something for us, make us feel good. OKC tests, like most successful things, afford us multiple valences of pleasure and the question is...how do OKC tests make YOU feel good? I'll be using "advanced logic" (what the eff is that anyway?) in this case "performance theory," to determine some ways in which you might use OKC test to tickle your ego. Which do you do more often: perform the role of "you" for yourself? or perform "you" for the rest of OKC? Do you get pleasure out of believing yourself to be the person of your OKC tests scores, or do you consciously utilize OKC tests to demonstrate your youness?
