this is old news that shouldn't need repeating; it has nothing to do with god, heaven or hell, it has to do with behavior that insinuates thoughts of homicide in others, proportionate to the severity of the infraction;  it's the guidelines you should follow if you don't want to be murdered, going as far back as the middle ages;

I finally watched se7en earlier this year. When I was in school this girl who sat behind me, usually, who was 18 or 19 wrote a paper about that movie, which I had to critique. I shoulda mentioned her hot body too.

Jun 21, 2014 2:48am

How about my right to bear arms? My brother wasn't murdered for any of those reasons, he was murdered because he was unarmed and taken by surprise by robbers with guns.

Jun 21, 2014 6:19am

that's horrible man; do you want to add guns or take them away?

sounds like wrath + greed/envy; or your brother was too proud to be aware; or the robbers were guilty of sloth, leading to greed and wrath, all of which accumulated in death;

Some reason you're not willing to show your face on this site?

Are you male or female? Institutional or outpatient status?

My brother wasn't "too proud to be aware" whatever the fuck that means. He was sitting in his car, enjoying what should have been just another lovely summers eve, when he was ambushed and ruthlessly murdered.

How many amongst us would have a loaded gun in our hands, in such a scenario, as if we should expect armed robbers to ambush us out of the blue? Not many, and I don't care to live in a world where we do.

You talk of "guidelines to not be murdered"? What kind of bullshit is that? Don't want to be murdered? Ok here's rule #1. Don't live or breathe. Rule #2: Don't ever own anything anyone might want to take away from you by force. That way you're sure not to die at the hands of savage predators.

Your "add/take away" gun query makes no sense at all. Would you like me to help you construct a more comprehensible sentence? Okay here goes:

333: Do you think law-abiding non-violent Americans should be allowed to keep a loaded concealed weapon under their car seat in every state of the nation?

Yes raspberry_cloud, I think they should be given that right. I think it's totally wrong to arrest law-abiding citizens and charge them with a felony for having a loaded pistol under their car seat or wherever. I mean what the fuck good is an unloaded gun when you're ambushed, right? Are we supposed to say to our attackers HEY TIME OUT! You got to give me a minute or two to lock and load, this fight ain't fair.

In Georgia for example, it's legal to have a loaded gun in plain sight, say on your passenger seat or maybe your lap. And it's legal to have an unloaded gun tucked under your leg or car seat, out of plain sight. It's completely ILLEGAL however, to put bullets in that gun and stash it somewhere. You know, like not to scare people and shit?

I spent a week in jail and paid a lawyer over $8,000 to have those charges dropped and expunged from my record by the way. So fuck you Georgia for that.

Greed, wrath, sloth, blah blah blah. Who gives a crap other than religious lunatics like you.

This shit has been going on since the dawn of mankind. You have something I want. Therefore I will take it by force. I win, you die. Or I die. Or we both die together.

I don't expect that crap will change anytime soon, and I don't need a deep theosophical explanation. What I need, if anything, is gun ownership laws changed so people like me aren't treated like criminals just because we took smart measures to arm and defend ourselves prior to being gunned down in a carjacking or whatever.

Now run along Razz, take your meds and go to bed.

333-AM: Your example while tragic is just one incident, an anecdotal evidence.  To answer the question it requires statistical information in many areas of the world.  What seems obvious to me and to OP is that those who indulge in the seven deadly sins have a greater likelihood of homicide.

Jul 12, 2014 12:13pm

"Anecdotal evidence" of WHAT ? MURDER?

It amazes me assholes like you are actually referring to my dead brother's corpse as "anecdotal" or "sinful" and implying he brought death upon himself by not being a... good Christian soul?

Jul 12, 2014 12:25pm

What seems obvious to me Empire is asshole idiots like you are destroying my country

Jul 12, 2014 2:09pm

333-AM: I am willing to accept random murders do happen although it is a statistical rarity.  We have to go on your word alone and we have to accept your knowledge of the situation.  Did you know everything your brother was doing, who he befriended, who he may have insulted, who he had relationships with, and who he did business with?  And did these killers have anything to gain from killing him like stealing what was in the car.  If not, at the very least this is an example of wrath.  When a person commits or is the victim of a deadly sin people do die often horribly.

The kinds of emotions that are generally present in murder are wrath, greed, and envy. This triangle of sin is the cause for most domestic murders and violent revolutions around the world.
