They're all 'name brand' and cost 10-25$ each. I got them for $15. They're polarized so that's chill. Also, the oakleys in there are my other ones I just lumped them in. Anyway, ron is gay. BBL.

Those apartments are depressing.

I never understood Fixies.

  • Is it a tall, single speed BMX bike you can't take off sweet jumps?
  • Or is it a road bike you can't shift?
  • Isn't a scruffy beard required?
  • Where do Fixie owners work now that all the Tower Record stores are gone?

Apr 16, 2013 6:22am

That fixie, it appears to have no brakes, freewheel or derailure.

I suppose it must have one of those old school hubs with three speeds an a coaster brake.

Apr 16, 2013 6:49am

  • fixies became popular for bike messengers - years ago.
  • I had one then. You can do awesome track stands and it builds your strength and endurance as you cannot slack taking hills.
  • I understand you dont know this

Apr 16, 2013 8:31am

I understand you dont know this

No... I know I don't understand this.

Apr 16, 2013 3:20pm

^ If you don't have to go up many hills, 3 speeds is all you really need.

Apr 17, 2013 2:13am

Sounds like you have no idea what a fixed gear is, wikipedia it, dumbass & I do have a front brake. F*** you are one dumb idiot.

Apr 17, 2013 3:03am

I don't get fixed gear bikes, either. But I suppose they might make sense if you lived where there were no hills whatsoever. Freewheels ftw.

Apr 17, 2013 3:11am

  • fixies are awesome. stick to your mundane 16 speed huffy from walmart suckers

Apr 17, 2013 3:41am

I'll have you know my bike is a Raleigh Twenty. It's the kind of bike you see little old ladies go shopping with and I probably look like a massive twat riding it, so feel free to mock me. I don't care. It's fun to ride and has 3 gears and a freewheel. It makes me laugh that my 33 year old bike has more modern conveniences than a trendy new fixie.
