My self-summary
Curious human being with a twisted sense of humor and overly active sense of wonder. Interested in everything but easily bored.

Anarchist, shaman, sceptic, transhumanist, immortalist, thelemite, shaumbra.

Pretty well versed in organic farming and animal care, but preferring to live in an urban environment.
If/when civilization goes down, I'll happily make my own cheese and brew my own ale, though I prefer staying at the library and buying roquefort to go with my shop bought IPA.
Grow your own is a nice hobby, and, given current legislation, an occasional necessity, but the diversification of work force is also the key to modern civilization, and I'm happy with that.

Introverted but warm, cynical but compassionate, green antiauthoritarian feminist.

I do not worship Satan and my "soul" does not need "saving". If you desperately want to, you may pray for my "deliverance" or whatever, but in that case I probably will have to sacrifice a few chickens to atone for your blasphemy... However, I do honour Lucifer the Lightbringer as my brother and my equal.

Still wondering what I`m doing in the arctic climate when I could move someplace warmer.
What I’m doing with my life
Back at the university, cognitive sciences this time around. Lovely, lovely, lovely to be able to spend time pondering on the unreliability of my senses, different nootropics, the best ways of creating a simulacra of intelligent machines, how to understand which part of the brain does what how or what language is really all about... Geek? Yes.

I'm especially interested in the different ways sound, light and breath can alter my state of consciousness. Meditating with audiovisual and sensory inputs distracting the lower levels of the body-mind-complex, and combining holotropic/pranayama/other breathing techniques with sensory hyperactivation and EMS/TENS. Oh, chemical shortcuts can be useful, but often too simplistic solutions.

Looking for a synthesis of quantum mechanics, spiritual practices, NLP-esque techniques, tantric yoga (tantra as in more Hine and Hyatt, less Osho), hypnosis, human neurobiology and traditional shamanism. Trance states, mindful relaxation and hyperfocus are all real, useful and beneficial when correctly applied but the hogwash about how to induce them is only slightly worse in New Age -stuff than in modern medicine.

My long term aims are immortality, omnicognizance and omnipresence. Of course, why settle for less? Yes, omnipotent is not all that important to me.

I’m really good at
Asking the right questions. Or the wrong ones. Finding underlying causes. Misunderstanding people. Being misunderstood by others and not realizing that. Working out the misunderstandings and starting anew. Psychology and neurobiology of consciousness, the limitations, quirks and heuristics of biological mind. Apparently I'm heading towards a career of measuring analytically unconventional states of consciousness - the EEG of ecstasy.

Oh yeah, I seem to manage taking care of household duties and children pretty well, when necessary.
The first things people usually notice about me
The beard and the balding long hair? Whatever I currently have stuck through my earlobes? I don't know.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Scifi, fantasy, new weird, science, psychology's wilder edge, occult, etc. All time favorite authors include but not limited to: Robert Anton Wilson, Terry Pratchett, Timothy Leary, Antero Alli, Ian (M) Banks, Ursula K. Le Guin, Raymond E. Feist, George R.R. Martin, Lindsay Davis, Ken McLeod, Michael Moorcock, Rob Brezsny, Lewis Carroll, Aleister Crowley, David Brin, A.A. Milne, Phil Hine, Philip K Dick, Terence McKenna, Tolkien. And HPMOR deserves a mention, great fanfic I'm hooked on.

I'm not much of a movie-person. Spectacles, comedies and weird movies. Defending your Life, Invocation of my Demon Brother, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pirates XXX, MIB, Love Actually, Dinotopia, LOTR, Holy Mountain, Mad Max: Fury Road...

I'm even less a TV-fan, though I admit to watching Game of Thrones, The Penguins of Madagascar and How I met your mother.

Standup: Bill Hicks, Joe Rogan, George Carlin, Robert Anton Wilson, Bill Bailey. As long as it is offensive, controversial, blasphemous, psychedelic and/or intellectual.

In music, I am an omnivore. Lately especially psytrance, industrial metal, jazz and progrock. All kinds of alternative stuff, though some mainstream (punk)pop occasionally also ends on my playlist. Motörhead and Babymetal.

And of course, The Rocky Horror Picture Show!
Greatest movie ever, at least when seen with a theater full of fellow Unconventional Conventionists.

I love to cook, especially spicy seafood.
Six things I could never do without
Testing my limits
Breaking my limits
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Human psyche and it's oddities. The way I operate and malfunction. The difference between knowing and feeling. Did I quit smoking when I switched to electronic nicotine delivery systems? How is it possible to believe three contradictory things before breakfast? How is it possible not to?

Deep Thoughts intercepted by Great Insights, Utterly Absurd Ideas, Colourful Butterflies, Blatantly Stupid Plans and occasional Reality Checks (that rarely bounce).
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing whatever I want, or working, or both.
Putting the FUN and the DISCO back into fundamentalist discordianism.
Or perhaps most typically reading.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I am pretty unsure about my existence as a continuous, distinct personality.

I prefer being sober when I dance.

I have never been really infatuated. In love, yes, but not infatuated. I think I might want to.
You should message me if
you think we would hit it off on any level. You want to discuss anything I've said here or anywhere else. Or anything else.

But then again, women rarely message anyone here, so here are a few more specific scenarios. If one of these applies to you, you definitely should message me:

-You have an opinion on the similarities between Alice in Wonderland and Liber AL Vel Legis.

-You are looking for a partner (or one more partner) with whom to learn about tantric sex, sexual alchemy, spiritual aspects of sensuality, different physical methods of altering your consciousness or the different sensations your body can cause. I can't TEACH you anything, but we could probably LEARN together.

-You want to teach me how to be infatuated.

-You and your (wealthy) lesbian lover are looking for a (stay-at home-)father for your children, you are open to polyamorous relationships and I seem like a likely candidate.

-Or you just want a friendly game of Illuminati the New World Order.
The two of us
