My self-summary
I am a source of smiles and laughter for those who know me, a source of map-watching for my parents (I tend to embark on travel adventures around the globe - they'd be much happier if I had a lovely travel companion with me - and so would I).

Through choice and circumstance I've somehow crafted a life story full of more adventure, opportunity, and straight up cool s*** than I could have ever imagined as a child. I've learned so much about the world, people, things, the right way to live, and how to give.

You're seeking a relationship with potential staying power, you are curious about the world and want to experience it, you look at life through glasses of your own making, you are honest, kind and loyal; you know who you are, grounded and have a clear picture of what you want for your future; you see beauty in the most absurd things; you get excited by the littlest of things; you love being active and know it's just as important to work on nurturing your mind and soul.

Oh, and extra points if you can cook, I love company in the kitchen.
What I’m doing with my life
Most days of the week you could find me producing a travel magazine. As someone who has always loved to design and travel the world, what could possibly be better? Well, perhaps a date with a handsome online gentleman!
I’m really good at
Keeping a level head in stressful situations and making chocolate covered bourbon soaked cherries that are just to die for.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes and my smile.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite books: The Outlander series is by far my favorite. I listen to audio books on my commute to the west side and when I run in the evenings, so it's not odd for me to go through two or three books a week. I also love anything by David Sedaris or Sarah Vowell and I'll devour most anything by Malcolm Gladwell.

As for TV: Game of Thrones, Outlander, The Walking Dead and Last Week Tonight.

Movies: Harold and Maude, The Princess Bride, The Indiana Jones Trilogy, The Shawshank Redemption, The Breakfast Club, Dead Poets Society, Pretty In Pink, any Wes Anderson movie and anything with Morgan Freeman in it.

Music: Adele, Sea Wolf, the Airborne Toxic Event, Elliott Smith, Arcade Fire, Andrew Bird, Bon Iver, Classic Eighties New Wave

Podcasts: I love This American Life, 99% Invisible, Radio Lab, Ted Talks and Freakenomics.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
If they came out with a sequal to LA Story, would it look something like my life?
On a typical Friday night I am
When I’m not out with my friends on a Friday night, I love curling up on the couch and watching a suspense thriller (any suggestions?)
You should message me if
Oh hell, go for it. Luck favors the bold.
