My self-summary
I'm an artist. My work with a pen has no structure, but a foundation. My songs are but an expression of someone else's feelings. My voice is finding it's way home through the smoke. My easel holds the loneliest number. My body is divinity in construction. My heart is poured into my cause.. .. but I'm still learning.

I'm totally sober and interested in alternative lifestyles that are drug/alcohol free. I am coming to terms with the fact that I am an introvert who thinks way too much about life. I love challenging and meaningful discussions, and studying the human demeanor. I'm an artist - I play guitar, piano, sing, write my own songs, draw, paint, use pastels or whatever other medium I get my hands on. Music is a big passion of mine, and my interests are more into things I can sing along to, such as ABSENT SOCIETY [my brother's band], Muse, Feist, Evanescence, Amy Winehouse, The Format, The Dresden Dolls, The Avett Brothers, Eddie Vedder, some Opeth, and a ton of others. I don't like most country, and I hate negative, demeaning rap and R&B.

I am straight-edge, independent, and interested in learning!
What I’m doing with my life
I used to party, nonstop. But my body gave me a lot of warning signs and let me know that I was damaging it, so I quit alcohol, cigarettes, and various other intoxicants. I am now completely sober, excluding sugar and salt. :P
I'm learning about myself at this point in my life, and figuring out what I want to do with myself now that I'm not a partier. I gave up a big part of who I was, and now I am redefining myself.
I’m really good at
Singing, playing instruments, thinking, researching things I'm interested in, and hugs.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm sober. My ability to sing. My good hugs. Maybe my eyes, but I like to think it's something more meaningful. :)

Six things I could never do without
Aside from the obvious...

-A few close friends
-A way or two to have fun
-Working ears/frequencies/music
-A medium through which I can express my art.
-The hope that there is more out there than what selfishness I've found in this country.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
how to find inner peace, overcoming my weaknesses, good nutrition, what I want out of my time here on Earth, how to accomplish my goals, where I can hike, the fun I've had, 42, my friends and family, and how to improve my musical skills.
On a typical Friday night I am
relaxing at home with my amazing family, playing guitar or piano and singing, staying sober, somewhere around town with some buddies, or on a trip to the Bay Area to visit family, friends, bands, and the sea lions.
You should message me if
you want a friend to chill, learn, research, go on walks/hikes, hug, or converse with.
Or if you think I seem interesting, and would like to get to know me further. I do love making friends.
