Sitting here experiencing all of these sensations, imagining what reality really might be. I mean, we are just taking in photons with out eyes, pressure waves with our ears, vibrations of the molecules around us with our nerves, those are just all aspects of reality, not reality itself.
Is the sensation of "I" just an illusion created by thinking? If so how do we break it?
