My self-summary
I am a Texas raised, independent, and self described "badass" that's just trying to live life to the fullest. I love to laugh and push myself to be the best at my work, even if it means late nights and early mornings. I dance when I'm bored and sing very loudly in the car.

In middle school I didn't go to the mall, I raced cars. No seriously, I grew up watching my dad race and tried it myself in the 7th grade. Who knew driving standard was so impossible? Still can't do it, though I did get the speed demon's blood running through my veins.

I'm not looking for someone to tell me how pretty I am or to buy me things. I want someone who pushes me. If I say I'm thinking about taking an art class, you should say "FUKKIN DO IT." And I'll do the same. Let's push each other until we're better for it.

I'm very laid back and spend most of my energy on my job as a video editor. Right now its primarily wedding videos, but my job is constantly evolving and I'm always looking for more avenues to explore.

UPDATE: If you message me in text-speak, I am not going to answer. Sorry Folks.
What I’m doing with my life
Working and school, I'm always doing something. Between homework and my knitting, you'll probably find me running around like my hair's on fire for one reason or another. Life keeps moving and I have to keep up!

Other than that,
Partying it up in Dallas with the roommates. Getting emotionally invested in stupid tv shows.
Wandering why Stephen Moffat is determined to break my heart and play mind games.
I have a bad habit of putting in my ear buds and dancing in my house for long periods of time.
I’m really good at
I'm a video editor by profession and generally a tech geek. Most of my days are spent figuring out Premiere or teaching other people how to use it. I also write, knit, crochet, and love to learn about new things and other hobbies.I've recently gotten into bowling.

I can definitely make you laugh, the ridiculous things that come out of my mouth sometimes surprise even me. I've been told I have a 'texas-sized' personality, and I think its mostly due to my extremely loud laugh.
The first things people usually notice about me
I am tall and very outspoken, and sarcasm is my first language.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite movies are The Fall, Repo: the genetic opera, In Bruges, Fandango, The Grabd Budapest Hotel, and Kill Bill. My favorite book is As I Lay Dying by William Faulkner. And I watch all sorts of t.v. including Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, and Supernatural.

I'm always adding more songs to my library, though I do have a few songs and artists close to my heart. Queen, David Bowie, Woodkid, and Elton John to name a few.

Sports aren't really my thing, but I've been known to shout the required "USA!USA!" During the world cup or the Olympics.
Six things I could never do without
A roof over my head, even if its just my car.
My sisters
My adorable 8 year old puppy.
And descent conversation.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Where this road I'm taking will lead, where the road I didn't choose went, and whether I've made the right choices in my journey. If time travel existed, I would use it constantly to find out all of these answers and more. I would have liked to know Abraham Lincoln, he seems to be someone I could have had a nice conversation with if we had crossed paths.
My career and how I can climb the ladder of success and really achieve my dreams of moving to LA and editing feature films.
On a typical Friday night I am
There's always the chance I'll be working, but usually I'm hanging out with the roomies. Though I would like to go out more.

There's the occasional football game or walks around downtown.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
No guy has honestly asked me out on a date. I'm not a fan of the 'just hanging out' or 'I don't like labels' mindset.
Hanging out = friends
No Labels = no commitment
You should message me if
If you enjoy long conversations about the philosophy of film. Or like listening to 80's music while lying in the middle of the floor on a lazy Sunday. Or if you don't take life too seriously and are just looking for a partner in crime.
