I grew up in California, lived in Oregon, so I'm a bit of a sun-worshiping tree-hugger. I try to be outside as much as possible (barefoot when I can)-- Runyon Canyon has become an immediate hit with me.
I love chatting about politics and art, but I like any conversation that's tangential. They're the most fun. Bicycles.
Body art is one of my favorite things, and I'd love to get a tattoo at some point, but my 'favorite' design changes about every five minutes. It's a conundrum. The above is also largely true of Street art. I'd never finish a painting.
I lived and worked in Paris, so I also love any chance to get or make French food.
I'm a daywalker, not a ginger. If you know what I'm talking about, mad points.
I love good beer. Or a cheap beer/shot combo. It'll do.
I'm a goof. Seriously.
-Pretending that I've opened subway doors using the Force
-Being really, really Irish
-Breathing fire. Or am I joking?
-Speaking French with just about anyone. Including non-french-speakers
-Pointing out incorrect usage of the phrase "Well, that's ironic." It's a thing.
I really dig yoga too.... but can you be 'good' at that?
If they hear me first, the big laugh.
Movies- American Beauty, Donnie Darko, Kick-Ass, Wet Hot American Summer, SLC Punk, Mel Brooks, Tarantino, Monty Python. Lebowski. Oh, and Guardians of the Galaxy was dope, you're lying to yourself if you didn't think so.
Shows- Daily Show, Colbert (RIP), Parks and Rec, Community, Arrested Development, 30 Rock, Broad City, The Walking Dead, Dr. Who, South Park, Slings and Arrows, The Thick of It, GAME OF THRONES.
Music- I've kinda been stuck in a 90's mode lately. We had some great shit. Admit it.
Food- Anything French. Also pizza, sushi, breakfast sandwiches, indian food, and anything with bacon. Pair it with a good beer or a good bourbon and I'm totally set.
-oxygen. I don't do the others well without it.
Or if you have a thing for blatantly Irish guys. Because I totally have that one covered.
If you can drive a conversation. If you travel, have traveled or dream of traveling. If novelty sounds better than routine.
