My self-summary
Hi, my name is Ali (short for Alessandra). I'm complex and human. And a pretty cool lady.

I have a BA in Theatre Arts with an emphasis in acting. I volunteered with President Obama's grassroots team in 2012, then interned with Senator Jeff Merkley at his Portland office. I'll probably go to grad school some time in the next few years, but for now I'm content with working hard and resting hard.

INFJ. I don't know why my personality tab says I'm not friendly. I only decapitate 80% of the people I meet.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently studying for the LSAT and will be applying to law school for fall term 2017.
I’m really good at
-making people laugh
-being honest when prompted
-being myself (goes with above)
-making people (whom I like) feel loved and appreciated
-getting along with cats
-smart fashion choices (though I'm sometimes too lazy to make them for myself)
-teaching people how to do things
-making music playlists
The first things people usually notice about me
That I'm funny - at least, in person. People tend to start laughing within five minutes of meeting me. That's not to say that I'm some kind of class clown (well, not always!), I just like to make people smile and laugh. Also I have a very unique personality, and I always try to stay true to myself.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
cats, what I want to do for the rest of my life, how to be social like a normal human of my age (including, but not limited to, Remedial Starting a Romantic Relationship which I seemed to have skipped or slept through in high school), clever things to say to people that I often forget to say, original song lyrics that I think are cool but I tend to forget to write them down, dreams I partially remember
On a typical Friday night I am
I don't really have a typical Friday night. It could range anywhere from sitting at home alone watching TV, reading a book, playing video games, going to a movie with a friend, seeing a concert, studying, or endless other possibilities.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
When I was a little girl, I actually believed I might secretly be a Sailor Scout and repeatedly attempted to transform into my Sailor Scout uniform (I thought I was "Sailor Planet X.") Also in my dreams I often try to use Harry Potter magic or telekinesis.

I'm willing to admit anything. I only keep secrets when It's improper not to.
You should message me if
you want to. I can't guarantee I'll respond. I'll read your message, and I'll look at your profile. And if I think I might click with you, I'll respond. And if I don't respond, it's nothing about you, or how you look, or what you say. It's that intangible "something" that everyone looks for in someone else. It's just a matter of finding it in each other. I hope that's you as much as you might hope it's me. Give it a shot.
