I share a nice little apartment with several close friends in west Cambridge. Easy access to the red line has been an important part of my life for years now.
Used to think I'd work as a writer, since everyone tells me my fiction writing is good. Then I got to college and found I had no interest whatsoever in English classes, and wound up going down altogether different paths. I still have a novel or two living in my head that I may try to get out eventually, but, who doesn't?
I play classical/celtic guitar. Its almost to the point where I could play in public without feeling like a nuisance.
I'm told I'm a good dancer, but I'm not sure I believe this.
I like many of the words published by Neil Gaiman, William Gibson, Neal Stephenson, Terry Pratchett, Larry Niven, China Mieville, and Jorge Luis Borges.
Whatever Faun, Psilodump, Kaminanda, Mother Mother, C418, Savant, and Beats Antique are, I like those genres of music.
Don't really do TV. I'm probably the only geek on this hemisphere that hasn't seen all of Doctor Who.
...what game to play next; how much another cup of coffee would throw my biorhythms; what it would mean if P = NP; where all the time/cookies/people went; what's going to happen next in Homestuck; what the next blockbuster cellphone app will be; why we can't all just get along already; where my towel is; how to stop global warming; brains; etc.
I have a smidgen of ADD.
On a 1,2 or 3: Staying in, chatting with roommates, getting work done.
On a 4, 5 or 6: Dressed up and dancing in a room of flashing lights, loud music and weird people.
On a 7: At a bar, movie, or other typical amusement.
On an 8: Roll again twice.
