My self-summary
Hi, my name is Alicia and I am looking to meet someone who is independent, secure, and looking to find a funny, classy woman to add to their life. :)

I am a first grade teacher and I work hard to build my classroom into an army of independent, eloquent, emotionally and socially aware little ninjas.

I like to dance (come salsa dancing with me!)

I love to laugh! Take me to a comedy show and I'll be the happiest person on earth.

I love trying new things! I am working on pushing myself out of my comfort zone more (I recently started snowboarding).

Shoot me a message if you:
- Love to watch movies
- Want to see the Boston Symphony Orchestra
- Like comedy shows
-Have a good sense of humor (I have some phenomenal puns)
-Can teach me something new
-Or felt that you can connect with anything I've written

If you want to know anything else, feel free to ask!
What I’m doing with my life
Teaching a bunch of snotty 6/7 year olds and loving it.
I’m really good at
Singing in the car/shower/classroom/kitchen, listening, being sarcastic, puns, teaching, puzzle rooms
The first things people usually notice about me
My British/American hybrid accent usually surprises people (lived in
England for 10 years).
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Any movie that will make me laugh, anything that will make me think (Inception, Limitless, Shawshank Redemption, A Beautiful Mind), and things with action/explosions (Batman, James Bond, all Marvel/DC etc.). Oh, and any Pixar. So good. I generally don't like horror movies though.

I like to watch Breaking Bad, GoT, New Girl, OITNB, Sherlock, interesting documentaries, the occasional medical show (Grey's, House), discovery channel, and occasionally something trashy for the laughs.

In terms of music, pretty much I will listen to anything but country. I appreciate music with a good beat but I also like to chill with classical music/movie soundtracks (Hans Zimmer is my hero) when I have work to do. ;)

Food- not pickles, olives, or mushrooms. Besides that, almost anything.
Six things I could never do without
Music, humor, friends, family, my job, interesting conversations
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future
On a typical Friday night I am
Out with friends/ sippin' whiskey/ watching a movie
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Besides being on this site? You can ask that when you get to know me a bit. :)
You should message me if
-You found anything here interesting
-You have a good pun to share
The two of us
