My self-summary
I haven't been around here forever, so my profile is in desperate need of an update:

I'm an "Unterfränkin" (from around Würzburg) who moved to Munich a couple of years ago to pursue my degree. I grew quite accustomed to the local dialect, though never in my life will I be able to speak it. I don't even speak proper "fränkisch", all dialects are lost on me ;-)
I'm usually a very active person, I love trying new things, adrenaline and exciting hobbies, so I don't like wasting time on the couch. Well, every once in a blue moon I'll spend a lazy weekend in bed (I have to catch up on all the cheesy American comedy series).

I'm very passionate and ambitious about my job, especially as my work can have an impact on people's life and death. (doctors represent!) So I'm never quite satisfied by just doing the bare minimum, I like to overachieve in the best possible sense :)
To balance that, I try to spend time with my friends, go dancing or do sports.
I still run pretty much everyday, I'm taking ballet classes and I do indoor climbing.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a doctor doing lots of doctor things. When (if?) I have some time to spare and actually had some sleep the night before, I try to do something pleasant (elevating, interesting, entertaining, joyful...) everyday.
I’m really good at
in fremden Ländern nach dem Weg fragen, lange Strecken rennen, Leuten Flyer in die Hand drücken, Tiramisu produzieren

asking for directions in foreign countries, running long distances, handing out fliers, making tiramisu
The first things people usually notice about me
I'm pretty tall and blonde. And I laugh a lot and make lots of (more or less) stupid jokes. Oh, and if somebody is in the car with me: I sing along to all songs on the radio, even if I hate them!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
books: Chemistry of Death, The Virgin Suicides, The Brooklyn Follies, die New York Trilogie von Paul Auster, The curious incident of the dog in the nighttime

movies: Inception, Casino Royal, Center Stage, Big Fish, A beautiful mind

music: Gossip, The Sounds, Architecture in Helsinki, The Killers

food: sushi, avocado, chocolate, cherries, thai food
The six things I could never do without
my friends, chapstick, my notebook, sports, some place I can call home, fresh lemons
I spend a lot of time thinking about
where do I want to be in five years? How can I make the most of the situation? Will this make me happy?
On a typical Friday night I am
meeting up with a bunch of friends, having a drink at home and then going to a bar or a club together.
Or going out for dinner and a movie.
Or working (sorry).
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I sometimes sneak to McDonald's for a fried food fix
You should message me if
you're nice, interesting, polite, smart. Just the usual deal ;-)

If your first message is asking me, if you can ask something "intimate", the answer is probably a resounding NO.

Side Note: I really, really have to change this! I apologize for not answering all the messages sent to me in the last (I think?) two months or so. I haven't been on this site in forever and when I came back my inbox was inundated with many nice (and many weird...) messages from weeks ago.
