Where to start....I was born an raised in Southern California. As a kid my mom thought it was important to travel and see other places even if it is in the U.S. I've been to most of the states, Canada, and the Philippines. Having certain experiences traveling changed my life. I believe everyone should take the time to go somewhere new and meet the locals. I appreciate the things I have now.
I played just about every sport as a kid. Played basketball in high school (some of the best memories). I ended up loosing my basketball scholarship and had to pay my way in community college. I majored in theater and graphic design. After a few years tuition got expensive and I dropped out.
Luckily I ended up learning how to DJ while working as a VP of music and advertising for an entertainment company. Things were great considering I was not quite 21 yet so spinning at the club was interesting. Met some great people and was asked to tour with some famous DJs, but my boss had other plans.
As I got older I stopped doing music and acting. Went back to school and got a degree in criminal justice. Passed the riverside sheriff's test (not the hardest test...I do know English). I tried to continue further, but California went into a hiring freeze. I ended up being stuck as a security guard.
Life happened things changed and I changed. People criticize those who don't have an idea of what they want. There is nothing wrong with trying different things until you find what you're looking for.
Right now I don't know where life is going to take me. Whether the Navy takes me, or I end up back in the entertainment business. Who knows it could be something completely different. I've learned to stop worrying and just let life happen. Some day I'll travel to places I haven't been.
Eventually I would like to settle down and have a family. I have two amazing nieces who I love dearly. They are my heart and I would do anything for them. Family is important to me (blood or not). I have a very small circle of friends and I like it that way. If you're lucky enough to be apart of that then you must be special.
To be continued.....
Might join the Navy or any type of law enforcement. Who doesn't love a woman in uniform?
