My self-summary
Hello. My name is Josh. I'm quiet but caring, and subdued yet strong. I admire honesty and openness, and I dislike ambiguity and confusion. I am quick witted and often sarcastic. I'm good with computers. I am surprisingly compassionate and kind. I am also analytical. On occasion I can appear to be lost in thought-- because I am. I'm always willing to try new things, and I often yearn for what is just beyond reach.
What I’m doing with my life
At this time,I've recently graduated college with a degree in Web Development. I'm currently working at a software development firm and loving every minute of it. Additionally, I do some freelance work.

I've recently moved out on my own. It's great having this new found freedom and responsibility, and I love the new challenges and benefits it brings.

Lately as a hobby I've been collecting vinyl records. I only have about twenty so far, but my collection is slowly growing. New or lightly-used records really do sound better than a CD.
I’m really good at
I love working with computers and technology. My strongest point is programming, but I'm also good with hardware and software modification. My .mp3 player, for example, is currently running modified firmware. I build computers from scratch, mostly for fun. I also love cooking; it used to be my job.
The first things people usually notice about me
People are quick to notice my sideburns and quiet nature, in that order. Things that matter most to an introvert-- dedication, intelligence, morality-- are often lost to observers who focus on the obvious. Because of this, I do not feel that first impressions are particularly important.

The six things I could never do without
My computer, my education, my moped (a real one; a small motorbike with pedals, and not a scooter), a job, my cerebral cortex, and deadpan snark.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Logical conundrums, what-if scenarios, and new concepts.
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing something involving computers, or perhaps out with friends. I really am prepared to try anything once.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I can have a bit of a cynical attitude despite being polite all the time.
You should message me if
You should message me you like nerdy guys, want to talk about something interesting, or if you are looking for a guy that isn't a dolt or douche.
