My self-summary
update: I'm in a temporarily open relationship, so if you're looking for a boyfriend/husband, I'm not the droid you're looking for. Move along 👋

(more specifically, I'll be open/available for july, august, and possibly september. After that, it won't be completely closed, more like open a crack. Feel free to message me for more info if you're interested!)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a transfer at Hunter studying psychology, so far it's fun!

the five-point-palm exploding heart technique

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
pale fire and lolita by nabokov.
haruki murakam: norwegian wood, sputnik sweetheart, kafka on the shore, and all of his short stories. "blind willow, sleeping woman" is still one of my favorite story collections ever.
a song of ice and fire. john updike, raymond carver, lorrie moore, ann beattie. "the lady with the dog" by anton chekhov.
fantastic mr fox

recently discovered that stanely kubrick loved "white men can't jump" so it's currently at the top of my must-watch list
the wire, the sopranos, true detective, breaking bad, mad men. basically the generic list of "like, super deep, bro" cable/HBO dramas. I also adore twin peaks, which may have the best and most immersive atmosphere of any TV show.

the magnetic fields, kanye west, MF DOOM/madvillain, stars of the lid, guided by voices, flying lotus, sonic youth, the field, bob dylan, wu-tang clan (GZA and method man are my faves), the mountain goats, tim hecker, sigur ros. anything PC music: sophie, hannah diAmond, and QT are all amazing

pretty convinced that "I'm a flirt (shoreline) is the greatest mashup of all time
Six things I could never do without
i could do without everything but okcupid (lol)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
why people in front of me are walking so slow. i probably don't spend that much time thinking about it but it sure feels like forever at the time
On a typical Friday night I am
Couple A, B, C's, bad bitch double D's
Popping E, I don't give a F, told you I'm a G.

The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I think Taylor Swift's "Red" is a good album. judge all you want, but it's a lot more interesting than her previous stuff.

Also her new single "shake it off" is pretty awesome
The two of us
