My self-summary
While I like staying at home with friends, having a beer and playing a game or watching a movie, I also love to go camping, swimming, hiking, and walking. The sights, sounds, smells and Pokémon found in the outdoors have a calming effect on me and it helps me feel recharged.

I'm an introvert, so being around large groups and new people tends to drain my batteries and leave me feeling exhausted. Concerts and conventions are still well worth the exhaustion though, especially if I'm there with close friends.

My friends and I have a weekly board game night, where we get together have dinner and, well, play a game or two. We are trying to start an RPG night as well hopefully starting once we get through the holidays.
What I’m doing with my life
I work for an Engineering company here in Connecticut I would rather not get into to much detail right now. It can be real stressful, but I enjoy it.

In my spare time I also used to demo board games at different conventions and game stores. With the sale of the company I demoed for, this has changed a little, but I still occasionally run demos.
I’m really good at
Pretending I'm not crying whenever something sad happens to a dog in a movie/TV show.
The first things people usually notice about me
Probably my hair, if I've let it grow out a little. Oh or my eyes, I've been told I have "Cullen eyes" and I was greatly offended, both by the comment and the fact that I got the reference.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Just a quick list for now
Pop Punk like We Are The In Crowd, I enjoy the driving guitar with lyrics I can actually understand. Ludo adds some comedy into the Pop Punk mix, and Guster is kind of an outlier but I've been a fan since high school.

Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy
Walking Dead
Calvin and Hobbes

Guardians of the Galaxy (and the other Marvel movies)
Lord of the Rings
The Muppets

Television Shows
The Big Bang Theory
Doctor Who

Great Board Games
Anything with a good story
On a typical Friday night I am
Doing something with my friends, whether it is going out looking for adventure* or staying in playing games whether they are video, board, pen and paper, or card games, we always have a good time.

*Anything can be an adventure, even going to the store if you have the right people with you
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I chose the dog at the end of Fable 2

Also I played Fable 2
You should message me if
You want to meet for coffee or a beer and talk about how great Jessica Jones is. You want to play a good game, or are looking to GM a pen and paper RPG (players are welcome too)
