Right now I'm stumbling around figuring myself out all over again, but it'd be nice to meet some new people on the way. Maybe you'll teach me something about myself, eh?
I love games. Any kind of game. I love what games do for me, and for other people like me. I've always had trouble socializing or feeling anxious, especially in groups and with unfamiliar faces. Games offered a way for me to socialize and bond with people, allowing me the time to adjust and open up. The game itself isn't important, it's the people you play with.
I enjoy creative things. 3D graphics, design, painting in Photoshop, cooking, even some writing. Some of it is for fun, some of it is for money, some for passion, some is just a much needed form of expression.
I'm low key and down to earth. I have a lot of empathy and do my best to be understanding of other point of views.
It's almost impossible to offend me. Bring on the inappropriate humor! And on a related note: if you are easily offended then we probably will not get along.
And armed with all of this information do you know who I am? Nope, you haven't the slightest clue, do you?. People are complicated, aren't they?
I started seeing a Psychologist for therapy. I recommend anyone who thinks they are suffering from depression or anxiety do the same. If this turns you off because of some misguided stigma then...Thanks for saving me the time?
I'm working on getting healthier physically as well. It's an ever moving struggle.
When I have free time and I'm looking to just relax I'm usually playing video games or watching YouTube/Netflix/Crunchyroll.
I'm good at a lot of things. Too many things. It makes it hard to be GREAT at something in particular.
Yeah. I didn't really answer the question, did I? It's a weird question.
What the nicer people tell me? My eyes
Movies: Avatar, Fight Club, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Serenity, Inception, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Zombieland, Dr. Horrible's Sing-a-long Blog, How to Train Your Dragon, Batman: Under the Red Hood, Boondock Saints, Guardians of the Galaxy. I'd have to really dig to remember some more and I'm sure there's a lot missing from this list that need to be here.
Youtube: Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, SortedFood, You Suck at Cooking, TeamFourStar.
Anime: Black Lagoon, Death Note, FLCL, Tokyo Ghoul, One Punch Man, Mob Psycho (+ many more).
TV: Penn & Teller's Bullshit, South Park, Criminal Minds, NCIS, Steven Universe, Young Justice, Firefly, Star Trek (TNG or Voyager), Supernatural (the first 5 seasons anyway).
Music: Lots. Mostly rock/alternative rock. From a punkish style (like Rise Against) to something heavier (like Tool) even some more mellow things like Mumford and sons. Oh and game and geek culture related things (like The Megas, or Frontalot). If you've heard of The Megas and like them for the love of god let's geek out about it.
Food: I like a large variety of food, and I'm pretty open to trying new things, but at my heart I'm a steak and potatoes kind of guy. Simple, right?

- My glasses
- Some way to write down thoughts and ideas
Completely random things, like: why does my cat hate every female human on the planet, while being completely fine with any random guy who walks in the apartment?
Also there's way too many different terms for sexuality and gender. I'm all for being progressive and accepting of all types of people. Just don't make me carry around a book of terminology for it.
Also, I'm pretty unwholesome. You've been warned.
If I visited your profile and we have things in common but I DIDN'T message you, odds are it's because you're set to looking for people "near you". Feel free to toss me a message though.
