I'm a Law graduate of the University of Western Ontario, currently studying for the bar exam, and about to start my job articling at a law firm in August. I also work as an artillery soldier in the Canadian Army Reserve. I love my country and am proud to serve it.
I am presently back home in Simcoe in between finishing Law school and starting working in August, when I will move to Kitchener.
In my free time, I generally prefer quieter activities, particularly reading. I read a mix of fiction and non fiction, touching many genres, but these days I am mostly reading Catholic theology. Beyond that, I have many interests that I struggle to find time to devote to. I try to keep fit through running and yoga. I love following baseball, and love the history of the sport. I enjoy playing board and card games, particularly with my family.
Ultimately, though I believe faith and family are the most important things in life. I am Catholic and my faith influences every decision I make. I try to follow God's will as explained by the Catholic Church and will never compromise my faith for personal gain or pleasure.
I come from a somewhat large family, having six siblings in total. I love them all. My family is very close, and I could not have achieved the success I've had without their support and love.
My BA is in Classical Studies, and I absolutely love history. I visited many archaeological sties in Greece as part of my undergrad program, and would like to visit other countries rich in history and archaeology.
I also have a wide general knowledge, and a good knowledge of Greek and Roman history, as my BA is in Classics.
Movies: I like Tarantino films, especially Kill Bill
Music: I don't often listen to music, but I like modern Christian Rock such as Skillet, or classic rock
Food: I have a rather traditional British palate, and like tea, crumpets, fish and chips and such
1. The Bible (RSV, Catholic Edition, Compact)
2. My rosary
3. My computer (a tablet/laptop hybrid)
4. My phone (without the GPS in this, I would be utterly lost)
5. Headphones (for listening to podcasts while I walk to/from UWO)
6. My faith in Jesus Christ (not physical, but more real that most anything else)
