My self-summary
Hi, and thanks for clicking.
I'm an extroverted introvert. I can be social and make small talk at a party, but I prefer someone else be the center of attention. I tend to be quiet in loud places. Calm on most occasions. Confident, not smug. Intelligent, and smart enough to be happy when I'm with a woman who might be smarter. Entrepreneur, artist, art teacher. Making pottery is my meditation. East coast Jewish by birth. Born and raised in Berkeley, then lived in NY for a dozen years after college.

I'm an artist and art gallery owner, involved in the local community and art community for many years. My family lives in the area and is very important in my life. I am happy with my life, love my work, but would like a long term best friend and partner to share it all with.
In person, I am most often light hearted and funny. I am caring, generous, and observant. I'm a city guy; I thrive in the busy environment. I love being out in the countryside, hikes in the mountains, biking, skiing, camping etc., but you won't find me living in a rural area or in the suburbs. I am not a writer, and, so maybe this essay isn't a good impression of my personality.

I'm looking for a long term relationship. I'm not interested in going on a series of 1st dates, or in dating multiple woman at the same time.
I would prefer to date someone who lives less than 30 minutes drive from me. Not at all interested in a fling, coffee with someone just exploring the idea of online dating, or being part of someone's open relationship.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
What I’m doing with my life
I have a gallery, and a studio where I make art.I'm helping start a non-profit. I love to travel, and will definitely make time for that soon!
I’m really good at
I'm good at problem solving, and fitting all those suitcases in the back of the car.
I'm good at scrabble, boggle, checkers, and ok at chess.
But sometimes water balloons are more fun.

Sometimes I am ridiculously intuitive, and sometimes I haven't got a clue.
And last, I am really good at knowing where all my stuff is , even when the place is a mess
The first things people usually notice about me
I don't know. Let's arrange to meet somewhere and I'll make some sort of grand entrance, then you can tell me.
