I workout almost every day. I was in a really bad car accident in 2011 that messed up my spine. I was laid up for about 3 years and wasn't able to do anything. I was barely able to walk. I have since then exercised to get better and not be in so much pain. I'm to a point now where I feel pretty good. I'm at 200 lbs now and getting more muscular every day ;).
I also play guitar/vocals for my new band. In my old band we opened for Obituary, Nasty Savage, and we played with 100s of locals from all parts of FL, GA, NC, TN, KY, and NY.
I also play lead guitar/vocals for a yet unnamed prog-metal band. We are currently working on our 5 song album that is scheduled to be out at the beginning of next year.
Exercising and spending time with my dog. And practice, practice, practice my guitar.
I usually don't watch much T.V.but some that I'll catch on HULU or other online sites - The Simpsons, Brooklyn 99, Venture Brothers, Modern Family, Family Guy, American Dad, AFV,
I like all kinds of music. Mainly metal but I listen to wide range of music especially if it has guitar in it. My favorite bands are : Down, Black Sabbath, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, COC, Acid Bath, Pantera, King Diamond/Mercyful Fate, Metallica, Megadeth, Anthrax, System of a Down, Lamb of God...you get the picture.
It's been a long while since I read any books other than biographies about musicians. I'm now reading both Blacktooth Grin about "Dimebag" Darrell from Pantera and a Music Law book.
Books I've read in the past :
Most of Steven King's older writings - The Stand, It, Christine, Carrie, The Shining, Dark Towers 1-4, Thinner, Different Seasons, The Dead Zone, The Dark Half, Firestarter, and a ton more.
About 30 of Dead Koontz including Phantoms, The Bad Place, Mr Murder, The House of Thunder, etc.
Michael Crichton - Jurassic Park & Lost World, Andromeda Strain, Congo, Sphere, Eaters of the Dead, Timeline, maybe a couple others.
John Grisham - The Rainmaker, The Runaway Jury, The Confession,
My dog Stevie
And good times
I'm renovating my house 1 room at a time so I like to think about different improvements I can do.
