My self-summary
I am optimistic, charismatic, and creative planner and foodie who enjoys adventures, being active, and learning about life...

I love design, art and culture! I like to read. I love listening to music and going to concerts. If you would like to take me to a museum I would gladly say yes.
What I’m doing with my life
I am currently working on decent and affordable housing in the inner city of St. Louis in hopes of learning about all aspects of urban development. I like commercial real estate and community development (often seen through initiatives of art and education).

I am also into philanthropy and advocacy since I have a passion towards helping people.
I’m really good at
Helping others (do I sound redundant because I truly am not -ability to be amused by oneself!), planning events/adventures, writing, reading, listening, debating, enjoying the moments of life all over the spectrum...
The first things people usually notice about me
My smile and how friendly I am. You can approach me and not feel intimidated! I love meeting new people.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My favorite book is Persuasion by Jane Austen. The last two books I read were Hugo and Ignore Everybody and 39 Other Ways To Be Creative.

Movies: love TCM and AMC so classic old movies. I enjoyed all of the nominated films for the Oscars this year (and if you don't watch the Oscar's get on it!). A good comedy or horror film too!

Music: Anything!! Especially country and "rock"(What is Jack Johnson, Bon Ivers, Paulo Nutini classified as?) I also like cultural music such as Jazz and Celtic too. I don't really like dirty rap or heavy metal. But I do love music live, concerts here I come!

My favorite food is Cajun or American Contemporary. I love to go out to eat and try new restaurants. I do not like chains.

I love to cook as well...fajitas and a quinoa spinach casserole are my specialties as of late.
Six things I could never do without
nalgene bottle- can never have too much water!
throw blankets- it could be 90 degrees outside and I would still have a blanket on)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Social change, food, how to achieve my goals, how to be a better friend/family member, art/decorative design, where the next trip will be...

Really, I think a lot!
On a typical Friday night I am
A typical Friday night ...what's typical...typical gets boring.

Sometimes after a week of work I want to unwind by a movie marathon or going to get a massage or hike. Others: drinks with friends or trying a new restaurant; a weekend getaway; try out a new concert venue; live sporting events (Love College basketball, hockey, soccer and the CARDINALS!)

My last five Friday's have been:
- had friends over
- Weekend in NYC
- Dinner at Oceano then went home and read by the fire
- drinks at Urban Chesnut and dinner at Trattoria Marcella
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I wear my heart on my sleeve.
