My self-summary
After being on here awhile, I tend to get the same questions, so I have made a handy FAQ section that I hope is useful:

Is your name Bethany?
No, its an alias. I’m not one for using my real name up front. If you’re interested, ask.

How is a girl like you still single?
Well thank you for the compliment. I personally think it’s a combination of being semi picky and having a horrible work schedule. There’s also ghosting and modern dating politics I haven’t gotten used to yet.

Where are you from?
I grew up in Snellville Georgia. My Family is from the Philippines.

Where do you stay?
I have a condo in Brookhaven.

How did you get into being a pastry chef?
I went to culinary school after high school and decided to take the extra pastry classes at the time because it would be another skill that I had that a lot of people didn't like. All my jobs after that were pastry based so it's become my life. I feel like my personality is better suited for it rather than hot line.

What’s your favorite thing to bake?
Not one thing is my favorite. I usually like making plated desserts combining certain techniques or desserts together.

What else do you like to do outside of work?
I typically hang out with co-workers, my friends, my family when I’m off work. Grabbing food or drinks. Running errands, going shopping, catching up from the work week (doing laundry and cleaning the house).

Your tattoos look cool, what do you have?
A baking/pastry/dessert sort of sleeve, random other things, and I’ve collected friday the 13th tattoos (not the movies, but the day). I have things for the future planned as well.

What do I look for in a guy?
A guy that is sincerely interested in getting to know about me. Sense of humor, has the attention span to hold a conversation. Takes control of the situation, but is considerate about it.

Bake (many hours of the day)

Sneaking jokes into everyday conversations that you can't catch. Over thinking things to exhaustion. -ALSO- Being on the internet without a concept of time.

My hair? Something superficial? Tattoos.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
If it doesn't exist on netflix, it's not in my realm.

I have a bad habit of reading the wiki pages for movies, shows and books before finishing them.

As far as music, I used to say I liked anything but country, but that's not true. In reality I usually listen to the same things: 90's, alternative, pop, top 40, emo, indie, mainstream rap, rock, and some electronic...meaning....I like what I like. But I'm still not really a fan of country.
Six things I could never do without
Assuming we've got all the obligatory necessities in life so I don't sound so selfish....friends, brita water pitcher, spotify account, phone, internet, blog.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
If songs in other languages rhyme, or if that's just us.
What my upstairs neighbors are doing upstairs that makes that much noise, and if I make that much noise for the downstairs neighbor.
On a typical Friday night I am
Staying up late accomplishing nothing when I have work early Saturday mornings.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I like to use the word deplorable a lot. And my google search history is just plain deplorable.
