My self-summary
I'm a list of adjectives, most of them positive and flattering... ok, so failing the adjective list, I can tell you what I love.

I love to sing and jump around on stage making people dance. I love the outdoors, waking up to the sound of birds/waves/crickets. I love festivals, and spend most of my summer performing at them (the medium sized, fun ones, not the big commercial rubbish ones, except Glastonbury of course). I love spending time with good friends, making food together and having heated debates about complex scientific topics we know nothing about. I love trying to understand the world and how it works, writing songs, dancing to live music, being silly with other silly beings.

Movies in bed, curling up with a good book in front of the fire (if only I had a fire) *edit: I moved house and now have TWO open fires! Get in! *, cooking and eating great food with my amazing friends, going out to see live music/circus/films. Attempting to understand physics/philosophy/the meaning of life.

I'd love to meet someone to spend time with, going out, staying in, eating, drinking, laughing... definitely has to be lots of laughing...
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a singer-songwriter, so I spend a lot of time working on my music, gigging, rehearsing and recording. To balance out this rather self-obsessed career choice, I'm also a youth-worker, working for a local youth music project. In between stints of work, I love to travel and have adventures.
The first things people usually notice about me
I smile a lot :)
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Rohinton Mistry - A Fine Balance, I Heart Huckabees, Kung-Fu Panda, The Fall, Thai Food, Indian Food, Sunday roast
The six things I could never do without
My guitar
I spend a lot of time thinking about
How to spend less time working on a computer. How the world can be brought back from the verge of total collapse, whether the world really is on the verge of total collapse anyway, and how to make that into a song.
On a typical Friday night I am
Making music/listening to music, seeing friends, eating good food and having a few drinks. Or, if it's summer, at a festival.
