I'm not looking for perfect, no one is, just perfect for one another. Chemistry, we all know it starts there. So I'm looking to talk, share, date, with the hope to build a serious relationship with an honest and sincere woman. I may not be the perfect man, with a perfect body, but I don't pretend to be someone I'm not because I'm good at being me. I'm caring, loving, romantic, respectful, honest, faithful, affectionate, genuine, and a down to earth guy. I like holding hands, walks together... our time alone, or w/ friends family.
That being said, I tend to like the simple pleasures and magic in life, and try to enjoy the moment. I'm definitely a die-hard romantic and I have a very pronounced sense of wonder and playfulness. Reading and books are my passion, along with movies, Nature, Number, talk and dreams, and sharing what life brings.
I enjoy a wide range of music, with a special fondness for movie scores (since I love movies) and smooth jazz. I also like photography, art, museums, architecture, and anything even remotely historical
I'm looking for a friend, companion, life partner, just that special someone who tends to feel the same way. An intelligent woman of sensitivity and empathy ideally, who's been through some rough times in her life maybe, perhaps damaged a bit, but still here moving onwards. If you're one of the fortunate ones who've made it through life this far unscathed, we might not have that common ground there. Inquisitive, curious, and has come to that point in her life where sharing and caring is something cherished, and having a child-like sense of wonder doesn't necessarily mean trying to re-capture their teenage years, although that doesn't mean not enjoying and playing with life, because that's a given. The golden years can be the best of life if you have the right someone to share them with. So if reading a good book is a cherished slice of life for you, or losing yourself in a good movie is one of your simple joys; if having someone to hold hands with as we walk through life together is something you care about, and if any of this at all sounds familiar... maybe we should talk?
Love Hitchcock movies, something uniquely special about his work. Early John Carpenter films as well. But any genre movie can be good if it's crafted well.
TV shows I like are Homeland, Banshee, The Americans, Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, Vikings, Resurrection, even Survivor, Amazing Race, Shark Tank, etc.
Music, I like most kinds, especially smooth jazz, blues, and musical scores. (my love of movies, after all)
Food I'm willing and open to try most things, but have pretty basic tastes otherwise... definitely love pizza!
