My self-summary
Recently moved to Montreal from Kitchener, Ontario. I've moved all over the place in Canada, lived in three provinces, half a dozen to a dozen cities, speak two languages fluently (French and English), and proud about it.
What I’m doing with my life
Working downtown as a computer programmer by day, doing whatever hobby-du-jour by evening. I'm not much of a party-goer, but I do an effort to get out and mix in a crowd with friends on occasion. I prefer to hang out with a few good friends rather than hang around large crowds.

My latest hobby-du-jour is learning guitar. The previous one was learning how to sew with a sewing machine. Prior to that, learning how to draw. I might end up Jack of all trades, master of none, but I like to try out different things.
I’m really good at
Anything technological. I work enough with them at my job that I prefer to deal with technology on a professional basis... work-life separation is important.

Does "beer drinking" count as a skill?
The first things people usually notice about me
"That's a nice necklace! Where'd you get that?"
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I'm waiting for Season 9 of Doctor Who to show up on Netflix, in the meantime, I'm having a nice marathon of Star Trek DS9.

Music? All of it. Except rap, screamo, and music that tends to perforate my ears. Specifics? Right, I'm listening to "Live at Grillby's" at the moment, a Jazz version of Undertale music. Last week, Broken Bells was the focus of my obsession. Elvis. Prog, alt rock. EDM, chiptune, chillstep, dubstep. There was this japanese pop song randomly linked on Skype that I enjoyed. Oh, all of Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden's latest album. If you can't make heads or tails of what I like, neither do I.

Food? I'm trying out salads again recently. My oven salmon is sublime! Few Christmases ago, I cooked a beef wellington, because I can. Yeah, that was another hobby.

I'm going to add my favorite sports while we're on topic of favorite things. Biking in the summer, snowshoeing and skiing in the winter. I'd like to find someone who can keep me active!
The six things I could never do without
I left my phone in the other room again, dammit. So not my phone.

I spend a lot of time thinking about
Doing that A Major chord is a pain. Can't wait until I learn to do the F chord.

Trying to spend less time thinking about work and wordnews. All too depressing.

Also, D A G D F# F# G
On a typical Friday night I am
After practicing some chords, it's time to fire up the TARDIS engine and watch DS9.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm a furry, but I really don't take it seriously. At this point, all this gets me is a cool bunch of folks to hang out with, and I don't want anything more out of it than that. No, I don't have a fursuit. No, I don't "yiff".

Currently stuck in Undertale hell. The game was only 10 hours, why did I take such an interest in the music, the lore, and the art?

If you aren't weirded out yet, here's a few things you should know about me. I'm not a very sexually driven person. I can be very passionate once I know, trust, and have a connection with someone. Getting that connection is a matter of communication. I don't want pictures of your underpants. The most meaningful thing to me is to know you care... and that's not a point in time that happens overnight.

If you were looking for a quick shag, turn around. Sorry. There's tons of people in the gay community that drop their pants on first contact, I'm not one of them. Shoo. Not interested in perpetuating gay stereotypes from the 70s.
You should message me if
I'm terrible with small talk, but I'll try my best.

If you want something meaningful and NOT looking for a quick shag.
