My self-summary
Hi, I'm Brad.

I'm an unapologetic geek/nerd, and I like what I like. I'm not one to change myself for other people, but I'm nice enough that people tend to like me. :)

Right now I am a "Background Performer", which is to say, you could probably see me sitting in a chair, or walking down the hall of your favourite TV show. I'm looking to get into better parts in the future. Here's to being a STAR! LMAO!

There will be a long LED sign above the folks at the Toronto International Film Festival, I helped build that. I do the Electrical part.

Anyway, when I'm not fiddling with that, I'm usually fishing, camping, reading, watching movies, chatting, or, well, sleeping.

I like my "superheroes", and my friends and I can sometimes be heard in a strong, heated debate about who would win: Superman or Captain America.

I understand this won't gratify me towards most women, and I'm okay with that. If you don't like your guys a little of the norm, then I'm not for you.

In a relationship, I'm loyal, respectful, frustrating, honest, monogamous, affectionate, distant, talkative, open, close, a little dirty, closed off, very affectionate, VERY romantic, forgetful....

You'll notice a few negatives, well I'm human, and I accept that I have my flaws.

I have to apologize, though. I will not send you pics of my abs, car, junk (as in....well, my package), or money. Nor will I send you messages looking for sex, hook ups, booty calls, or pictures of your boobs. I will do my best to send you something with quite a few sentences, and I will even ask you a question or two.

I will also be hoping for an answer! Imagine that, a guy who actually WANTS to hear what a woman has to say.

I'd really like to find someone to take this journey with me.

Feel free to leave a message when you stop by. It's only polite to say hi when you walk into someone's space, yeah?

I'm almost in shock that I have to say this here. Yes, I have Leukemia. Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. I'm pretty much fine, and could go the next 40 years without serious symptoms. If that's too much of a problem, and too much for YOU to handle, then please don't waste my time.

Go ahead, I don't bite. Unless you ask.
What I’m doing with my life
Fell short of the "house for my 38th b-day goal". But that's okay, goals change. My new goal is to get into ACTRA and have some speaking roles on TV or movies.
I’m really good at
Music, art, movies, smiling, my guitar, a bad joke
The first things people usually notice about me
Smiling. Approachable. Always friendly to people. And more than a bit goofy. Also, my tattoos
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books and authors: Count of Monte Cristo. Phantom of the Opera. Stephen King, Grant Morrison ,Richard Laymon, Anne Rice, Clive Barker, C.S. Lewis, Mark Millar, David Eddings, Stan Lee, Kevin Smith, James Herbert.... You asked.

Movie: Exorcist 3, Saw series, Casablanca, The Avengers, Clue, Pump up the Volume, Blair Witch, Real Steel, Sherlock Holmes, Tron, Source Code, Iron Man, Nightmare on Elm Street.....

TV: House (IT"S OVER!!!! WAAAAHH!!!) Dexter, Game of Thrones, Walking Dead, Angel, Buffy, Reaper, X-Files, NCIS, CSI's, Criminal Minds, Mentalist, Supernatural

Music: Metallica, Ice T, Charlie Pride, Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Travis Tritt, Slayer, Godsmack, Oak Ridge Boys.... Anything, as long as it is good. I respect talent. And that isn't limited too one genre.

AND, of course, shows and movies I've been on: Pixels (Adam Sandler movie), Saving Hope (twice), Gold: The Eternal Quest (Discovery Channel movie), Reign (twice), Bitten, Remedy, 12 Monkeys, Spotlight (movie with Mark Ruffalo, Stanley Tucci, and many others) .
Six things I could never do without
Guitar. Computer. Friends. Books. Music. You ;) Okay, that last one was corny. It was meant to be.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
The future. And what I'd like to do with it
On a typical Friday night I am
Relaxing from a long week. Movie, and a cuddle. Or Karaoke!!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I cry at the sad parts of movies. I work a pretty physical job, and I like baths. Sometimes even with bubbles.

I've noticed a lot of people don't answer this, saying "I'm not willing to admit this, I don't know you yet".

While cute, it's a little....wrong. If you are not willing to admit something, then that does not fall into this category.

This category is about the most private thing you ARE willing to admit.

If you're not willing to admit your first thought, then go with the second. It's not rocket science, people.
You should message me if
You can answer the question: Who would win? Batman or Captain America.

Or you would like to test the waters with a guy who would actually CARE about you, and not just the fact that you're on my arm. Really, I'd think I was the lucky one.
The two of us
