I was born and raised in rural Minnesota until I moved out here seven years ago. I work full time in film and television post production. I travel a fair amount for work and, quite frankly, I really enjoy what I do.
I pride myself as having an amazing sense of humor and have been known to indulge in a bit of standup when the mood strikes me. I write A LOT, and am in the midst of finishing my first book. This leads into the reveal that i also enjoy reading all manners of literature. Lately I've been indulging in classic science fiction from Isaac Asimov and H.P. Lovecraft.
I love the outdoors but, if I'm being honest, I don't embark on hiking or camping trips nearly as much as I would like to. This is top on my listof things to change.
I hope this is a good start into the "who" that is me. Now I can't wait to hear about you.
MOVIES: Honestly, When Great directors are at their best, that's what really stays with me.
Spielberg: I absolutely love Jaws and Jurassic Park.
Ridley: Alien and Blade Runner! No Contest.
Cameron: Aliens and Terminator are breathtaking
Carpenter: All I have to say is that The Thing just might have changed my life... There are more, but I think you get my point.
SHOWS: I love the classics, like Cheers, or Coach. When it comes to more recent shows, there's no surprises. Breaking Bad, GOT, Archer, Bob's Burgers, Walking Dead, ect... I tend to stay away from reality style shows, though I do have a soft spot for Comic Book Men. Other wise I try not to be stuck on too many shows at one time. I do, however, rewatch Arrested Development, and Firefly at least twice a year.
MUSIC: I don't really follow much music. I know, right, it's my only flaw ;)
FOOD: I prefer the kind that I can digest.
2. Electricity. It powers the internet.
3. Humor. Without it, what's the point.
4. Books. I appreciate the deals I get at closing book stores, but people seriously need to read more books.
5. Out of the box thinkers. I want to live in space, these people can help me with that... I hope.
6. Oxygen and Water. But that's just obvious.
