My self-summary
Is this where I'm suppose to say how much I hate writing these? Regardless, I suppose I should tell you a little bit about me. But not too much! I need to maintain some of the mystery...

I was born and raised in rural Minnesota until I moved out here seven years ago. I work full time in film and television post production. I travel a fair amount for work and, quite frankly, I really enjoy what I do.

I pride myself as having an amazing sense of humor and have been known to indulge in a bit of standup when the mood strikes me. I write A LOT, and am in the midst of finishing my first book. This leads into the reveal that i also enjoy reading all manners of literature. Lately I've been indulging in classic science fiction from Isaac Asimov and H.P. Lovecraft.

I love the outdoors but, if I'm being honest, I don't embark on hiking or camping trips nearly as much as I would like to. This is top on my listof things to change.

I hope this is a good start into the "who" that is me. Now I can't wait to hear about you.
What I’m doing with my life
Surviving. Sometimes that's enough. Other times, there's alcohol.
I’m really good at
I'm quite handy when it comes to electronics, and retaining useless knowledge.
The first things people usually notice about me
You'd have to ask them... or meet me!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
BOOKS: Shogun is probably my ultimate favorite! I also really enjoy the work of Jeffrey Deaver. Lately I've been reading a lot of Isaac Asimov and George R.R. Martin (along with everyone else). Among that series, Storm of Swords is the best.

MOVIES: Honestly, When Great directors are at their best, that's what really stays with me.
Spielberg: I absolutely love Jaws and Jurassic Park.
Ridley: Alien and Blade Runner! No Contest.
Cameron: Aliens and Terminator are breathtaking
Carpenter: All I have to say is that The Thing just might have changed my life... There are more, but I think you get my point.

SHOWS: I love the classics, like Cheers, or Coach. When it comes to more recent shows, there's no surprises. Breaking Bad, GOT, Archer, Bob's Burgers, Walking Dead, ect... I tend to stay away from reality style shows, though I do have a soft spot for Comic Book Men. Other wise I try not to be stuck on too many shows at one time. I do, however, rewatch Arrested Development, and Firefly at least twice a year.

MUSIC: I don't really follow much music. I know, right, it's my only flaw ;)

FOOD: I prefer the kind that I can digest.
Six things I could never do without
1. Internet. People think I'm joking, but I refused a job offer in New Zealand because the internet there is absolute horsesh*t.

2. Electricity. It powers the internet.

3. Humor. Without it, what's the point.

4. Books. I appreciate the deals I get at closing book stores, but people seriously need to read more books.

5. Out of the box thinkers. I want to live in space, these people can help me with that... I hope.

6. Oxygen and Water. But that's just obvious.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Whether or not I left the iron on...
On a typical Friday night I am
Thankful tomorrow's not Monday.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
my pin number is 1234... or is it??????
You should message me if
If you want to... or if there is a gun to your head. Seriously, he has a gun. Just do what he says, it's not worth your life.
