My self-summary
I split my time between Austin and Panama, but also have lived in Mexico and the UK over the last couple of years. I dropped out and traveled from 18-22. During that phase of life I discovered/fell in love with Austin and made a group of amazing friends.

I love meeting new people and becoming involved in there interests. Getting out and exploring each others favorite ways to spend a day :)
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to think less and live more.
I’m really good at
Bringing people together.
Realising my place in a kitchen is very much to do as I'm told and listen to the skilled chef :)
Going on adventures at the drop of a hat.
Procrastinating while watching the wire, again.
The first things people usually notice about me
In Austin its pretty much always my accent, but I guess that was a given. Outside of that probably that I'm normally laughing and having fun, likely at my own terrible jokes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Music : Everything from sufjan stevens/Gregory Isakov/Josh Ritter through to Tool. I love music. Pretty much all but pop :)

TV : The Wire, Justified, firefly, its always sunny, deadwood - ok this list could go on forever in this age of ridiculously good tv :)

Movies : Anything by the Coen brothers with the exception of intolerable cruelty. Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind + nearly every Kaufman movie. Star wars, it was the first time my mind got blown as a child. Again a list that could go on for days :)

Books : I tend to love to go off into weird fantasy worlds so the Song of Ice and fire series (game of thrones). Terry Pratchett is a personal hero. Then I love to read Non-fiction books, Malcolm Gladwell/Micheal Lewis are 2 favorites.

Podcasts - I listen to Radiolab, Thisamericanlife and Planetmoney regularly and love them all. Thank god for NPR when i spend such large amounts of time working at my laptop.
The six things I could never do without
Great wine

Great Film and TV
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Thing's I should be doing.
On a typical Friday night I am
In a bar somewhere having just finished a delicious meal. Preferably with great company.
You should message me if
You find anything about me interesting. Its always fun to relax and share a meal or drink with interesting new people.
