I have a strong tendency towards non-conformity and creative thought. My friends used the following words to describe me: creative, friendly, easy-going, artistic, fun loving, sincere, handy, witty, thoughtful, and a good listener. Yet, I have never received a call for advice from the Dalai Lama, and my spellchecker hates me.
I am most alive when expressing what is inside of me verbally, physically or artistically. I love hugs and caresses as a form of expression. I could easily be convinced to dust off my tennis racket or take dance classes.
I have two wonderful sons both thinking about Grad school. They have definitely enriched my life. Over their younger years, I racked up thousands of rewarding hours volunteering my artistic talent at their schools.
Perfection? Ha! I am definitely a work in progress. My achievements have come through vision, intention, hard work, patience, persistence, great mentors, and a willingness to explore and fail along the way. It has been a humbling experience. To suppress my tactile urges, I keep my hands in my pockets when visiting art galleries.
In recent years, I fully embraced my artist side by starting my art/woodworking business. After much thought, it is what I want to be when I grow up. I am happy and excited with this direction and my clients are, too.
I am looking for my life/soul partner. I do not know how you will be manifested into my life. MAYBE YOU ARE READING THIS? I am attracted to several types of women, but there is a common thread among them: warmth, soul, wisdom, confidence, humor, spunk, and being a joyful “work in progress”. With our mutual love, respect, kindness, and reasonable effort, we will forge a relationship where we can easily be ourselves (no reconstruction projects), find each other’s idiosyncrasies endearing and enjoy life.
I marvel at the genius of Buster Keaton and many of his contemporaries. Groundhog Day and Young Frankenstein are two of my favorite comedies, and I enjoy the works of the Marx Brothers, Christopher Guest and the Coen Brothers.
I enjoy most theatrical productions.
I have a very diverse musical taste ranging from Aboriginal to Zydeco.
I enjoy a diverse range of food tastes, and have adopted a low carb gluten free diet that is erasing my extra weight.
