My self-summary
**March 2015 - This profile is in need of an update it would seem, I'll be working on that shortly. **

** Update September 2013 **

While I'm not looking for anything in particular...I've come to realize there are things I want. I'm been happily married for the last 10 plus years and we are polyamorous. I don't want to just hook up with someone else, I want to find and develop a connection with someone. That for me involves daily communication. Not hanging out everyday necessarily, but there should be some talking. Distance doesn't really matter but the idea of actually meeting on occasion is good.

And back to the older stuff I wrote...

I really dislike having to try and summarize myself, because its so hard to encapsulate just who I am with a few paragraphs. I'm not here to market myself to a vast audience, but rather to those that want to take time and look beyond the simple words that are written here.

With that in mind, I'll offer up a little background...I grew up on the other side of the country (Buffalo, NY to be exact) made the move to California at 16 where I spent some time in Southern and Central CA prior to a few year stint in Las Vegas before settling in the Bay Area.

I find it incredibly fascinating to scan through profiles and answer questions and see just how much you match (or don't) with others.

I've said it before, I'll say it again...If they had this site for finding friends, it would be pretty awesome indeed. I mean, people answer questions here that it might take years to find out about a person you happen to meet and hit it off with on the street or whatever. It's pretty crazy stuff.
What I’m doing with my life
Filling my days with a job I love and am passionate about. During my time off and away from work, I'm surrounded by people that I love and am passionate about. I'm a love and passion type of person I guess.
I’m really good at
That's an excellent question...I like to think that I'm good at several things. I dabble in a little bit of everything but have mastered nothing. Well, maybe I've mastered a few things along the way, but I'm always looking to continue learning and expand my knowledge in different areas whenever possible.
The first things people usually notice about me
Nothing. People tend to not notice me. Sometimes there are situations that I can use that to my advantage ninja training!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food much to write here....if only I could think of the answers. Well, maybe there isn't all that much to write. I'm not really much of a reader. I like to read news and stay current on what is happening in the world around me. It's always been very difficult to try and bury my nose in a book and let it take me somewhere. Music, I'm pretty open to most things or so I thought. As I read some of the profiles around here, I realize people are into so much musically, and I rarely know that many of the artists being named. I'm mostly into 80's and 90's pop. Throw in some classic rock, and I'll be pretty well set.

Food wise I'm pretty picky about my choices, but if you know what I like, I can eat it all the time and I'll never complain. I tend to stay with traditional American foods. Meats are always good...unless it's some obscure meat or bologna...I'm not sure that is even a meat.

Movies...Well, I don't often have a desire to hit the theater, but certain movies will grab my attention. Otherwise Netflix is good, I enjoy anything from obscure indie flick, to a documentary, big blockbuster, or really anything that has a good story to go with it.

So what does this say about me? I'm pretty simple I guess. I roll with things as they happen.
Six things I could never do without
I could list the basics, food, air, water, etc...but I don't really think that's what this question is asking.

When I can think of a good list of things I'll edit this section.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
if I should capitalize this because it is really just completing the existing sentence.

On a different note, and definitely worth much thought - If you were to sew a button onto ice cream, would it stick?
On a typical Friday night I am
Sadly, typical fridays for me include being at work. But I'm paid well, and on my days off...I tend to make plans spur of the moment. Whatever sounds like the adventure of the day, or maybe that adventure will be hanging around the house in pajamas doing nothing. It all works out
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
That I'm not that much a private person and if you should happen to ask me a question, you'll get a straight answer....if you want to hear it or not
You should message me if
-You actually have an interest in meeting up!
-You think we would get along
-You find some grammatical error on my profile
-You want to

Anything really...
The two of us
