I'm a born and raised New Yorker working at a hotel but I survive with photography. I'm to the left of the left on most issues.
I'm also have a baseball addiction but I've had a lot of experience not talking about it, so if you want to talk about baseball please message me! But if you do not follow the game, don't worry, it's not the only thing I talk about.
Not talking about my baseball addiction.
My challenge is to read 50 books by the end of the year. My favorite so far has been "The New Jim Crow". Right now I'm reading a few different things, thanks to the e-reader on my phone, which I have mixed feelings about. I tend to prefer my books in analog, but I'm scanning through "The Federalist Papers" and "Through the Looking Glass". I'm also (slowly) reading the Bible in case I ever wind up on Jeopardy, but no, I'm not Christian.
My favorite movie? How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (or Dr. Strangelove), The Naked Gun 2 1/2,
TV Shows: Early Simpsons, Mad Men, The Walking Dead, The Wire, or other shows that feel more like movies. I'm awesome at Jeopardy and always answer in the form of a question.
I have a special place in my heart for Bob Marley. I mostly listen to hip hop, but nothing moves me like good guitar driven rock. Except maybe jazz. Or Bach! Honestly, now that I've heard Girltalk, I don't think I'll ever be able to be happy listening to less than four songs a minute.
My favorite food? Subway churros.
When I'm feeling tense, I clench and wiggle my toes so the manifestation is less visible.
Honestly, I'm an open book, feel free to ask me anything at any time.
...you have something to teach me
...you have strong feelings, either positive or negative, about Lana del Rey
You should not message me if
...you're a libertarian.
...you're a really judgmental person.
