My self-summary
I've been in Austin for 8 years now. I'm originally from LA.

My biggest passions in life are food, music and film.
What I’m doing with my life
Most of my waking hours are spent playing with knives and fire (And I get paid for it!). When I'm not doing that, I'm probably chilling at home listening to records, watching a movie, or maybe reading, and taking care of my puffer fish (Not at the same time). Checking out new restaurants. And I like to go to the Alamo drafthouse as much as possible.
I’m really good at
Cooking, been doing it for a while now.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
My new favorite book is called "The Hepatitis Bathtub and other stories" it's an autobiography by one of my favorite bands. Also: American Gods, The Devil in the kitchen, The Giving Tree.

I really love movies, lots of different types of movies. Mostly comedies, ones that I can watch multiple times and not get sick of. Here are just some of the first that come to mind: the big lebowski, animal house, the 3 amigos, back to the future, nacho libre, pulp fiction, spaceballs, ghostbusters, the royal tennenbaums. Pretty much anything by the Coen bros, Wes Anderson, Quentin Tarantino, Mel Brooks and anything staring Bill Murray and a whole lot more.

As far as tv shows go... Shows I've watched or am up to speed on are breaking bad, the leftovers, the walking dead, game of thrones, arrested development, Bob's burgers, curb your enthusiasm. There's more, but we can talk about that later.

I love lots of types of music. If you want to talk music, we can talk music. I'm mostly into classic rock, punk rock, ska & soul.

I love all types of food, but I especially love dim sum on a Sunday.
The six things I could never do without

I spend a lot of time thinking about
What the future holds
On a typical Friday night I am
Running my kitchen. Feeding people really good food.
