My self-summary
I can talk at length about topics that make most people uncomfortable- nothing is taboo in my book. I love board games that aren't Monopoly, red wine, cleaning my glasses on my shirt and wandering around Meijer at all hours of the night.

I'm a little bit of a wild card, actually. Normally, I'm outgoing, friendly and the life of the party. But at heart, I'm kind of shy and quiet. I can also be anything in between. It all depends on the mood I'm in.

I like meeting new people. Finding a stable relationship would be excellent, but I wouldn't be opposed to finding friends as well.

I am a foodie, a smoker, and a laugh riot.
What I’m doing with my life
I work in procurement for a company that manages a national network of hospitals and health systems. It isn't a dream job, but it's a living. (Does anyone else remember that show?)

I'm also trying to get back into theater and writing. I need a creative outlet.
I’m really good at
baking, cooking, ballroom dancing and laughing.

I can come up with a quote or song lyric for pretty much anything said to me.

I tend belt "This is not over yet" from Parade in my car. It's probably off-key, but my steering wheel never complains.
The first things people usually notice about me
My lips are my dominant feature. Possibly because I talk a lot, but I'm not sure.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Favorite books: Good Omens, Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal, Night' Mother, The Wild Party and A Dirty Job, There's Nothing In this Book I Meant to Say by Paula Poundstone and the Get Fuzzy series.

Side note: My favorite piece of writing is the Box monologue by Edward Albee.

Favorite movies: Night' Mother, Shortbus, Mirrormask, The Women, Stepping Out, House of Yes, Playing by Heart, Candyman, the Sleepaway Camp series, The Story of Us and Clue.

Favorite music: Mostly anything by Jason Robert Brown or Sondheim. Lately I have started to listen to a lot of Kerrigan & Lowdermilk. I've also got a major yen for Lisa Loeb, Counting Crows, Amanda Palmer, and Ani DiFranco's earlier work. But Andrew Lippa's The Wild Party or Maury Yeston's Nine always thrill me.

Favorite foods: pizza, french fries, breads, old vine zins, cheesecake, pecan pie, asparagus and cheese.
Six things I could never do without
1. Hank, my blue Jeep (Marvel reference, anyone?)
2. A handy supply of caffeine
3. Good conversation
4. Air conditioning
5. Cute shoes in size 15/16
6. YouTube
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Superheroes and superpowers. But primarily I think about superpowers. Which ones are better than others, how effective they'd be in various situations, that sort of thing.

Yeah. I'm a geek.
On a typical Friday night I am
Either grocery shopping or at the gym. It depends on what the rest of the weekend has going on.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I have a Prince Albert piercing.
