My self-summary
**I'm in a relationship. A good, long-term one!**

Hi, I'm Nichole! I lived in NYC for a few years after graduating, but I've moved back to super rural Vermont, which I missed terribly. (Okay, now I've moved slightly south, but I'm still pretending to live in VT.) I just want to run around barefoot and go swimming in a river and pick blueberries in my front yard.

My favorite things in the world are dancing and theater!!! I am usually involved in some sort of project/production/plan that has to do with at least one of those things. I also enjoy reading and watching movies. I'm a little crazy. I don't notice when I get too loud in public places and I can be found laughing on most occasions.

I am theatrical, optimistic, and quirky
What I’m doing with my life
I'm learning how to be an adult. I am working as a teacher in a VERY interesting school...

But mostly trying to figure out the adult thing...
I’m really good at
Um...I hate questions like this. I think I'm good at putting/keeping people in a good mood. I'm really optimistic and upbeat, and it rubs off a little. As for skills, I'm good at a lot of things and great at hardly anything. I can act, sing, dance, play the piano, sew, bake, knit, write, and do Aikido reasonably well.

...But I'll add that I'm extra good at dancing and baking.
The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes? Or perhaps my blinding white skin. I'm extra pale.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I enjoy much literature. I love 19th century novels and fantasy books. Postmodern Fiction is cool. My favorite books are The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Jane Eyre, Pride and Prejudice, Gone With the Wind, Of Mice and Men, books by Tamora Pierce, things by David Sedaris, Shakespeare, Plays by J.M. Barre, A People's History of the United States (I hate history, as a general rule, but Zinn rocks!)

My favorite movie is Don Juan de Marco! It's an older Johnny Depp movie with Marlon Brando. Let's see, some random favorites: August Rush, RENT, Moulin Rouge, Billy Elliot, Disney Movies, Superbad, The Princess Bride, She's The Man, The Dark Knight... I mostly like comedies - be they romantic or witty. I do not enjoy stupid-funny things. I enjoy bad movies sometimes, but I can recognize the difference between an amazing movie and one that was simply entertaining.

My some of my favorite TV shows are Modern Family, Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, The New Normal, New Girl, Whitney, House, The Office, Project Runway, 30 Rock

I enjoy music in general. Rock, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, Dance Music, Jazz. Jason Mraz and Ingrid Michaelson are two artists I could listen to all day.

Basically I eat carbs: bagels, cereal, bread, pasta, potatoes, pancakes... you get the idea. I am a terrible eater. No fruits and vegetables, I don't drink water, I don't eat any kind of seafood or fish, I only eat three kinds of meat (beef, chicken, turkey), I love fast food. That being said, if I am out somewhere or in someone's home I will not speak up and say I don't like something. I will either eat it anyway or starve. I hate to inconvenience people.
Six things I could never do without
EDIT: The six "necessary" things I can always do without:

purses - I really hate carrying things
shoes - if it were acceptable, I would be barefoot. Always.
the sun - my skin really doesn't like it
makeup - it's just a hassle
ipod - I like it...but I'd much rather travel with a book
cell phone - I usually have this on me, but the world will not end if I forget it on my dresser in the morning
I spend a lot of time thinking about
things that make ya go hmmmm... (the things that make ya go hmmm!)
On a typical Friday night I am
Who knows? I could be back home for a weekend visit. Perhaps I could be found out dancing with friends. Mayhaps I could be spotted in the VIP lounge of one of NYC's hottest clubs, sipping a martini on the arm of a ridiculously powerful businessman from a ridiculously wealthy family.

(That's preposterous, I know. I don't drink!)
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
Um...well I don't really know. I don't think I actually have any secrets. At all. Ever. I will literally tell you anything you want to know, and sometimes more than you wanted to know, even if I just met you.

Let's see...scary movies will give me nightmares for months. I have a ridiculously overactive imagination. Even the ones where you're all like "that wasn't scary!" Me: terrified. Therefore, I refuse to watch them.

Also, It really annoys me when people say "that's private" or "I'm not telling" or something to that effect. The prompt is the MOST private thing. If the most private thing you're willing to admit is your favorite color, or how you enjoy your eggs, then FINE! Write that down.
You should message me if
You can make me laugh.

You know how to have fun and enjoy childish things, while still being emotionally mature.

You are going to write more than "you have nice eyes" or "you are pretty." Give me something to respond to.

You have good grammar. Seriously people, spell check? A little sentence structure? I'm all for a creative voice, but I have to be able to understand you.
